Foundation Board Member Bios
Jared Brandman – President and Board Member
Jared is a Securities Counsel at The Coca-Cola Company where he focuses on corporate governance, board matters and securities law compliance. Prior to joining Coca-Cola in 2010, Jared spent 10 years at law firms in Atlanta, New York and London. Jared is also involved in the nonprofit community, where he provides pro bono legal services to nonprofits in the greater Atlanta area and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta and the Southeastern Chapter of the Anti-Defamation League. Jared serves as the Secretary of the Southeastern Chapter of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and is also a member of the Society’s Securities Law and Corporate Practices Committees. Jared speaks frequently on corporate governance, proxy statement disclosure and related topics. Jared and his wife Robyn, have two children, Eden (who is in 1st grade at The GLOBE Academy) and Carter (who is 4 and can’t wait to start going to The GLOBE Academy).
George Rosero – Vice President, Development and Board Member
George is the Founder and CEO of Atlanta Pediatric Therapy, Inc. George has a combined 25 years of experience in: Medical Company Start-ups, Sales and Product Management, Operations, Quality Assurance, Accounting and Healthcare Staffing. George currently is the Volunteer Coordinator for the DDY Soccer Club. He also volunteers as either a Team Manager or soccer coach for 6 soccer teams. George and his wife Kim have 3 sons that attend The GLOBE Academy, Jackson (who is in 4th Grade), Benjamin (who is in 2nd Grade) and Carson (who is in Kindergarten).
Lee Ann Willis – Treasurer and Board Member
Lee Ann is a Vice President at BNY Mellon with over seventeen years’ experience in banking and finance. She served as Treasurer of the PTA at Evansdale Elementary for two years from 2011-2013. She also currently volunteers with the National Charity League and at her church. Lee Ann and her husband Robert have two daughters, Sarah (who is in 7th grade at Henderson Middle School) and Kate (who is in 4th grade at The GLOBE Academy).
Sharon Camara – Board Member
As a senior technical director with AT&T, Sharon is responsible for infrastructure program management for Mobility & Home Solutions IT, managing a budget of almost $200 million and 17 team members. Most of her time is spent on financial oversight – planning for future projects, developing business cases, and monitoring budgets, actuals, and forecasts for current year plan. Sharon’s diverse background includes serving as project manager with the Georgia Division of Public Health and as vice chair of the Disaster Services Committee with the American Red Cross in Boston. She is founder and president of African Performing Arts Association in Atlanta and a former assistant producer and jazz programmer with radio stations in Atlanta and New Orleans. Sharon is a GLOBE Governing Board member and will be retiring from the Foundation Board after a transition period. Sharon and her husband Aly have three daughters, Mari and Bountairabi (both in 3rd grade at The GLOBE Academy) and Sophie (who attends Chamblee High School).
Chris Kemper - Vice President, Operations, Secretary and Board Member
Christopher Kemper – Board Member. Chris is the Deputy Commander for the Georgia Army National Guard’s Regional Training Institute in Marietta, Georgia. As the Deputy Commander, he is responsible for 107 instructors and staff at two locations (Marietta and Fort Stewart) with an annual class load of 2,000+ students. Prior to this position, he served as the Deputy Commander for U.S. forces in Regional Command-North, Afghanistan. Chris and his wife Molly have two daughters, Ellis (who is in 3rd grade at The GLOBE Academy) and Madeline (Mafra, who is in Kindergarten at The GLOBE Academy).
Chip White – Board Member
Chip has worked in the financial services industry for 13 years—9 years at Merrill Lynch as a Senior Financial Advisor and the last four years as the Owner of Atlanta Wealth Partners, a financial advisory firm. Chip and his wife Allison and have three children, Charlie (who is in 2nd grade at The GLOBE Academy), Parker (who is in Kindergarten at The GLOBE Academy) and Finlee (who attends The Spanish Academy, a spanish language
immersion preschool in the two year old class).
